That’s where Purethenics was born. I’m Parth Devde—ACE Certified Sports & Fitness Nutritionist, Certified Kettlebell Trainer, and a passionate calisthenics coach with over 5 years of experience. Through my journey, I realized that fitness isn’t just about moving your body—it’s about truly understanding it.
